·        US has nearly 30 million jobs with average salary of 55000 and these jobs do not require a bachelor's degree.
·        President Trump is pushing for additional vocational education programs in our community colleges especially after the push to bring manufacturing jobs back to United States.  
·        There is a big shortage of big shortage of labor pool in skilled trades.  
·        A job of auto mechanic is far more technical now than it was 20 years ago. 
·        President Trump signed an executive order significantly increase the number of us apprenticeships from the current half-a-million by doubling the amount the government spends on apprenticeship programs. 
·        Manufacturing talent Gap is growing at very rapid pace.  
·        Seats in various academic programs at community colleges are not changed quickly enough as per the changing needs of local and regional employers.
